It's easy for competitive builders to "tell you what you want to hear" - a low price with rapid turnaround. It's another thing, when they work to fulfill their order. More often than not, builders bid low and then layer their projects with change orders that boost the price way beyond the original quote. BRAVO maintains a FLAT, FLAT rate, and only deviates if an unforeseen should arise , or if a client requests additional work during the construction process. It saddens us that so many potential clients come back to us sharing, "We should have hired YOU."

They did my house and told me when they would be finished and true to their word it was done on time.
